For spiritual business owners, community is the game changer they never admit they need.

I know … because that used to be me. I didn’t think I needed community. I believed I could do it all myself.🏋️‍♀️

ButI’ve learned differently.

All of this cultural and personal uncertainty, all of this negativity in the air, could make me miserable to be around. My dogs would probably tell you that there are times they just want to hang outside while I’m inside being cranky.

I know what it’s like to be around someone who’s generally miserable. I know what it can do to a relationship. I don’t want to be that person. I don’t want to create fissures in my most important relationship.

Paralysis is prevalent. Leaders have a responsibility to take action. In the article I share one way to move forward.

You can allow yourself to be sidelined or you can continue the good fight. I chooe to continue. You?

How do you know if you are failing your team? No one likes to think about it. I know many leaders that are not good at managing their team. It’s not your fault. You were never taught team management and have no background in human resources. If you are an Infallible Magical Fairy you have some work to do.

The US seems to be in a holding pattern waiting for the election results. Standing still does not serve us. The longer we stand still the more difficult it is to take action.
