Part 2- What I Learned from Integrating Spirituality into My Launch

Part 2: Integrating Spirituality into the Launch

This information comes from the post-mortem process- that’s where I review the data, processes, and outcomes to determine what worked, what could be improved, and what can skipped (or added) for a more effective, efficient launch.

Quick Recap:

I launched the Soulful Success Circle, a group program designed to move your business forward while embracing and integrating all your spiritual parts.

I loved this offer- still do. I’m genuinely excited about it and talk about it with everyone

The launch included sales emails to my list, social media posts, and engagement in various groups.

I talk about integrating spirituality into business. Most spiritual business owners don’t stop to consider the impact of keeping their spirituality out of a launch. But when spirituality is simply part of your BE-ing, it is inauthentic to ignore it- or worse, intentionally keep it out.

Bringing spirituality into your launch keeps the content aligned and authentic. You can choose to do this “out loud”, making the spiritual pieces obvious, or more subtly.

I consider anything shared publicly with a spiritual tone “out-loud” content. That can be as simple as mentioning your intuition or your grounding practice. Many spiritually-led business owners hide their spiritual practices behind the curtain- reserved only for their inner circle team.

For the first time, I brought my spirituality front and center in a launch. Here’s how I integrated it into the process:

  • I leaned into spiritual practices I never included in a launch before and even to create new ones.  For instance, I began pulling a daily dragon card to focus my energy. That practice stuck and has become part of my everyday work ritual.

  • Energy is everything. Your energy shows up in the content you write and the images you create. I only created content when I was genuinely excited about the offer- and I infused that energy into every bit of content.

The result? Content that felt energized, magnetic, and rooted in service. Even in my excitement I fully embodied leadership- especially through my emails.

  • On my daily walks, I visualized the number of people I wanted in the group; imagining faces in each little screen box in my mind. Even though they were fuzzy, I could feel the energy of those souls. That joy stayed with me for hours after the visualization.

  • I reinstated daily conversations with my guides. This is something I used to do regularly but had let slide. My style? Let’s say it’s not always serene- I’m candid, direct, and sometimes yell when things go sideways. It’s not everyone’s way, but it works for me.

  • I made a mental list each day of how the Universe supported me. It was a simple but powerful gratitude practice. I focused especially on things that didn’t go as planned- comparing what I wanted with what the Universe delivered. That’s how I learned to spot the “or betters”: those unexpected benefits that only show up in hindsight.
