Next, we deep dive into how your business functions - all of your systems and processes: marketing, client story, mechanics, sales plan, and flow - we look at everything.

We dig into all of your data so we can realign your vision with your systems.

Analyze:

You and I dig into the hard data that we’ve discovered and identify where you’re flying, failing, or struggling. 

Then, I work with you and your team to enhance, modify, or redesign systems to build a solid foundation to grow from.

Map:

Now it’s my turn to create a multi-stage roadmap that will guide you for up to a full year.

Yup. You’ll get a real plan based on real data that aligns with who you are and what you’re trying to accomplish.

Support:

It’s time for you to implement but you won’t have to do it alone. For the next five months we’ll have regular check-ins to ensure you and the team are moving in the right direction - and to correct as needed.

     ANALYZE- You and I dig into the hard data. Where you are flying, where you are failing, or struggling, and what is and isn’t working for you.

     MAP- I create your multi-staged roadmap for growth that will guide you for up to a year. You will have what you need to stay on track and continue spreading your special brand of magic.

    FOLLOW UP- 5 months of check-ins to ensure you and the team are moving in the right direction.
