About Us

Hi! I’m Jennifer Conaway and I am excited to introduce you to my world! I'm an entrepreneur, a visionary, a powerful woman, a transformational leader and believer in the power of humans to create a life they love. I believe we can all live a joyful life with the abundance and love we crave. 

My superpower is accessing my intuition and connection to all that is (the Universe, God, Allah, Creator…) to create a strategy that meets you where you are in business and in life, generates income (and value for your clients) and continues to serve you as you grow with online courses or a group program (you might call it a Mastermind or Inner Circle). All for a long term fit and more joyful life.

I love working with energies to see underneath and beyond traditional and tangible data and to identify successful business strategy that works best for you.   

Conscious Business Answers, LLC was created from the knowing that we can all use some help creating a business that allows us to live the vision we have for our life. To help you make the very most of your group program I created the Grow Your Group Program System™ and to get your training online or get it updated I created The Customized Online Course Answer System™. Both programs are designed to help you create the business you love in a done for you and done with you model. 

We integrate your vision, our strategy and implement a system and strategy that allow you to thrive. I've seen too many entrepreneurs struggling under the weight of course designs that didn't account for how they love to serve and work with their ideal clients. 

I've successfully managed a 7- figure business training group program, including driving strategy and client engagement. I've seen entrepreneurs launch training or group programs in a format they think they have to embrace only to be miserable 6 months later when the reality of delivering that program sets in. My gift for understanding and extending your vision will help you avoid a similar fate and build, or build-on your joyful life. You can have a program that you love delivering, serves your clients and your vision of the life you want.

A little more about me- I live in a beautiful home with my Chihuahua Rat Terrier rescue Felix. He's my constant companion and continually reminds me of the power of unconditional love.  

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, playing with Felix, Baptiste Yoga, hiking, gardening, hanging out at the beach, doing cross stitch and pulled thread work (it's my meditation) and reading. 

Oh, one of the joys of my life is helping souls cross to the other side, clearing homes and other spaces. The flow and fun in my life truly allow me to live a joyful life.
