You’re the Visionary. Not the Whole Damn Engine

How’s work going?

(Or maybe you don’t even call it work …. that thing you do to make money.)

Did you put off making that big decision again? How long can you do that without losing the opportunity?

Have you been hitting a decision-making wall on everything lately?

What is decision fatigue all about? You used to be good at making decisions.

Even when you were unsure, your guides and angels were right there to help.

I get that- it feels like A LOT right now. I mean, A LOT.

Run your business. Take great care of your clients. Nurture your family and relationships… Everyone needs you right now.

Your spiritual team is still there. 🔮

You were never meant to do it alone

You need support. Someone to help you overcome decision fatigue.

And hear this clearly:

-You’re not broken. ⛓️‍💥

-You’re not falling behind.

-You’re not stuck while everyone else is speeding ahead.

You are in the middle of a common issue: overwhelm.

It’s real. It’s affecting all of us.

If you’re spiritual, you might feel like you should be able to tap into your team at any time for guidance. You know that’s not how it works. When you get knocked off-center, ungrounded, and spinning, your connection to the Universe goes wobbly, too.

Even with the support of your upstairs team. You just weren’t meant to do this all alone.

This business thing is a group activity.

Yep, you are the visionary behind your business.

You are the engine that moves it forward.

Engines need oil, fuel, pistons, and all kinds of parts that I can’t name.

No one part can run that engine alone.

Neither can you.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, why do you resist support?

1. You are fiercely self-reliant, even hyper-independent. It looks like empowerment or sovereignty. It’s often only survival mode in a cute outfit. You had to be independent. That came from past wounds (😩 betrayal, abandonment, gaslighting). You call it strength. Sometimes it’s just trauma dressed like a boss.

2. You fear being dismissed or misunderstood. When your world includes 🐉 dragons, energy healing, intuition, and chats with your guides, it’s easy to assume others won’t get it. So why even try? Going solo is safer.

3. Martyr complex. ♰ Don’t think you have it? How’s your money situation? Many in the spiritual space carry a hidden belief that struggle = spiritual. If you are not struggling, you aren’t deep enough. Ummmmm, WHAT?! I see this one way more than I’d like to.

4. You are a wounded healer. Lifetimes spent holding space for others. Being the one held? Feels wildly uncomfortable. 🩹Asking for support feels selfish and indulgent. (It’s not.)

5. Control disguised as clarity. Not a control freak? 🎮 When was the last time you let anyone help you without hand-wringing, teeth-gnashing, and checking with your guides 25 times? We’re amaze-balls at hiding control with words like “alignment”, “not feeling called”, “checking in with my higher self”, and “the timing isn’t divine.” UGH, I’ve seen those words stall so many leaders. (Spoiler: sometimes that’s just fear talking.)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Think it’s not keeping you stuck? If any of these sound familiar, yeah- you’re stuck.

1. Isolation drains your intuition. Intuition thrives in connection and community. Isolation dulls it. I’m a raging introvert- I’ve learned this the hard way. Too much time alone = sluggish energy, zero ideas, no divine signal. Yes, you need space for self-care. But too much? You go full-on hermit. 😑 (Ask me how I know- I’ve got a friend who calls me out every time I start whining about feeling stuck.)

2. There’s no expansion in the void. When you’re the only voice in the room, you just loop your own thoughts. 🌪️You need mirrors, not just mantras.

3. Slower path to impact: You’re here to do big, magical things! But dragging the mission up the mountain by yourself? That’s fuel for the burnout bonfire. 🔥

4. MOST IMPORTANTLY- RECEIVING IS A SPIRITUAL PRACTICE. You can’t preach abundance 💸 and then refuse to receive help. That’s like saying you love water but refusing to drink it.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You deserve support- especially in your businesses.

You’ll find strength in community 🤝, collaboration, and saying “yes” when the Universe sends help– even if it shows up as a human and not your favorite hawk.

Support doesn’t take away your power.

It amplifies it. It doesn’t replace your wisdom– it reflects it back to you.

And gives you the support to grow from that knowledge.

So, to all of my powerful, magical women 🔮 clinging to independence like it’s a badge of honor: Maybe it’s time to gift yourself the power of support.
