My signature system does two things. It helps you, as the business owner and leader, clarify what you want your next growth phase to look like. It gives me the data and business information I need to build a phased strategic map for you.
There are 5 stages. Each stage has a specific focus area.
I start with you. During the first stage, LISTEN, You are the key factor. You set the tone for the company, and your leadership is critical as the business grows. Creating your business’s next phase of growth requires an honest look at what you want. This is where I listen deeply, ask questions you may not have considered, and push your limits.
We dig into questions like: How do you want to be in your business and personal life? How do you want to be in the world? What are your values, spiritual and personal, and do you want them to show up in the business? If not, why not? What’s working and what’s not working for you right now?
That level of honesty and self-reflection can be challenging, and I am there with you every step of the way. I use that information to build a strategy map that is authentic to who you want to be every day, aligns with your values, and to your unique self.
Your systems, business mechanics, and team need to evolve as you evolve into this next level of leadership. The second stage, EVALUATE, involves a deep dive into your business mechanics. You and your team provide details around the systems and processes in your business so I can ensure they strategically align with your integrity, are efficient, emotionally intelligent, and align with your story. This is also where I began to evaluate your employee resources.
During ANALYZE, the third stage, we take a hard look at your data. You must be involved in and aware of the key metrics that need to be tracked during growth. We determine what is failing, what is flying, and what is floundering. I will identify what areas need to be enhanced, modified, or redesigned.
Now, we move to my favorite stage, designing your STRATEGIC MAP. This is where I map out your path in a multi-phase plan that will guide you for up to a year. All of the information shared with me during the previous three phases is tied together in a roadmap that highlights specific strategies, milestones, and potential obstacles.
All of the work you and the team have done and your STRATEGIC MAP can feel overwhelming. That is why stage five is so important: FOLLOW-UP. Each month for the next five months, we will review your progress, what has been accomplished, what has been accomplished, what is behind, and how to adjust the map to keep you moving forward. When and how we meet depends upon each client, their schedule, team, and unique needs.
