Leo, it’s your time to shine.

The Leos I’ve worked with struggled to bring their business dream to fruition. Not because of lack of effort or enthusiasm, you just get distracted by your next great creative idea. You are not best at seeing things through to the end. And that’s OK.
It’s also the fastest path to frustration and why you never get traction with an idea.
To get that dream out into the world you need a great strategy, a roadmap, a plan. Did you groan out loud at the idea of stopping to create a plan? Slowing down to build a plan will help you reach that dream or create an even bigger one faster than if you went without a plan.
Think of it like following a map. Strategy isn’t a straight line that doesn’t allow detours or nixes ways around obstacles and doesn’t allow you to add the brilliant idea you just had. Strategy is a roadmap.
There are lots of different paths you can take. You get to choose the one that feels the best to you. Pick the path that allows you to use your intuition, to try the fun idea you just had and still get you to your destination.
Creating a plan will give you the freedom to shift and change things along the way. You will get the space to continue being creative in a way that resonates with the people just waiting to hear what you have to say.
Slow down long enough to create a plan to help your team support you in ways that make life simpler and more enjoyable for you and them. Setting up goals allows you to celebrate and acknowledge all of the good you are doing. You get to be the inspiration that keeps the whole dream moving.
It can be hard to not get distracted by your next inspirational idea. A strong strategy and plan give you space to identify where that idea may fit into your bigger dream and how you can implement it to support all of the work you have done and keep your big dream growing.
