I’ll Wave My Magic Wand and Make Your Dreams Come True

Are you dreaming about business growth?

Do you envision growing from $5,000 months to $8,000 or $10,000 months? Or maybe you want to add a membership, a course, or bring on a few more clients.

While I would love to play the role of business growth witch, waving my magic wand, to make your dreams come true, it doesn’t work that way.

Growth is possible, but you need to do more than dream about your next growth phase to make it a reality.

You’ve likely seen a lot of information about the tactical steps needed grow your business. Before you jump in and start implementing these steps, take some time to dream and consider exactly how you want your business and personal life to look.

Here are a few questions I ask clients as they move into their next growth phase. These questions come from my signature GLEAMS Program- a generative six-month container for building and sustaining well-aligned, well-supported business growth.

Use these questions to start your creative journey toward business growth.

About your business life:

·      What do you LOVE delivering in your business?

·      What would you like to STOP doing?

·      What spiritual practices do you want to maintain or add to the business?

·      Are your values reflected in the business?

·      Are there operational mechanics you know need to be updated or changed?

·      How would you like to grow your business revenue? Will you add a group program, increase prices, add more one-on-one clients, do more joint ventures, or add a course?

·      Do you have the leadership skills to take your business to the phase of growth?

·      Does your team have the skill sets needed to create and support this growth?

About your personal life:

·      Are you making the impact in the world that you would like to make? If not, are there ways outside of your business to increase your impact?  How could you enhance your business’s impact in the world?

·      Do you want more space for your personal life? What does that look like? (ie. working four days a week, working a six-hour day etc.)

·      Would you like to pour more of your personal values into your business?

·      Is it time to integrate personal desires into your business? (ie. would you like to have retreats in faraway locations, or would you want to be on the TED or TEDX stage, etc.

·      Do you have a philanthropic passion or opportunity you would like to pursue?

·      Do you want space for non-work-related travel?

Pick two or three questions from each category and start there.

This is your opportunity to be 100% honest with yourself. Dig in. Your final answers may not come in immediately. Allow yourself time to consider, meditate, and breathe into how the next level of your life could look. You will land on a vision that lights you up.

Remember, business growth is also personal growth. Take your time, get help when needed,  and keep moving forward.
