It’s Time to Implement

I’m working with a client on the 5th stage of my signature GLEAMS Process: Support, and I’m thrilled with the process she is making. The GLEAMS process is for spiritual, heart-led business owners who are ready to take their businesses to the next level of growth. By the time we reach the Support stage, we’ve done lots of hard work defining what you want your growth to look like and building a strategic growth map to get there. The Support stage is all about implementation.  

 During the Support stage, I meet with you and your team once or twice a month, depending on what works best for you. We review key items like: 

·      What you’ve accomplished,

·      Where you or your team may be stuck,

·      System and process changes, 

·      What has gone well and what hasn’t,

·      The data generated from your changes.

 Based on the information, I make recommendations to keep you moving forward.  If needed, I update the strategic growth map to reflect your progress - whether that’s faster or slower than expected. I support your growth as a leader and in team communication.  

 I get to celebrate your wins and help you navigate the challenges.
