It’s a mouthful… especially at this time of year when we are all busier than usual.

I was asked to speak at an event focused on living an authentic life. I had a short time to get the talk together, and in the middle of that space, I received devastating news about a loved one. I wasn’t certain I could get the talk to come together.

I channeled and have become the Sacred Architect of The Spiritual Life Triad™: Your Guide to an Authentic Life. The triad is made up of three elements:

The structure is so new that it is still shifting into its final form. The journey is enlightening and exciting. The core message is solid, and as we all are, ever-expanding.

Since channeling it, I’ve recognized that The Spiritual Life Triad™ has been with me since the beginning of my journey into metaphysics and an aligned life. When all three legs of the triad are balanced, you are aligned, grounded, centered, and in a place of peace- authentic to your soul.
