Aligned, Enlightened, and Abundant: A New Sales Paradigm for Healers (and coaches and the rest of my heart-centered community)

I’ve been doing intuitive business strategy work for over 15 years. I’ve advised companies grossing multiple millions of dollars and those just getting started, bringing tens of thousands. I’ve seen lots of change, especially after 2020. I’ve also seen a lot stay the same. 

We’re more online savvy than ever- and I expect that trend will continue. Partly because the baby boomers are aging out, Gen X is moving into elderhood, and the children being born into this world are inherently tech-savvy. 

One thing never seems to change- the spiritual community's resistance to embracing the paradigm of a monetarily successful healer.

Clinging to the “starving healer” paradigm feels safe. Why? Because for centuries, it kept healers safe. It kept your great-grandmother safe, kept the inquisitors away from your doorstep, and kept you in the good graces of your father/brother, so he didn’t marry you off to the first Count he wanted to ally with. 

That paradigm mixes with all of the beliefs you picked up as a child… and yea, for a large part of you, success feels scary. It can hide under any number of beliefs about yourself. 

If you are doing heart-centered work- I don’t care if it’s designing websites, channeling spirit, or teaching people how to knit- you’re a healer. Healing comes in many forms. 

You say you want to serve lots of clients. Yet so many still give voice to their dislike of sales, their longing for clients to magnetically find them (without doing any of that icky marketing stuff), and their quiet agreement with living hand to mouth.

Whether you mean to or not, you’re telling the Universe that no clients and monetary scarcity are exactly what you want

You can argue with me- and some have. But I’ve worked with some of the biggest names in the spiritual world. And what I’ve seen underneath their inability to shift or grow with the times is a subtle but powerful belief: they feel safe at their current revenue level.

  

Case study 1:

 I’ve known an amazing healer, Amy, for six years. We’ve had multiple conversations about creating offers and marketing that speak directly to her clients- simple shifts that could open the door to more consistent flow. And the best part?  Every version of the offer would still feel like her!

Six years later, we’re having the same conversation.

She hasn’t shifted. 

Because deep down, part of her identifies with the “starving healer” archetype.

I know the symptoms well- because I’ve been there. 

I’ve had to reconcile my beliefs about what the Universe (5D) wants for me- joy, love, flow- and what’s present in the 3D: old belief structures, outdated thought patterns, and internal resistance.

 

But you can shift this:

·                Your belief that marketing is icky,

·                Your unconscious agreement with living hand to mouth.

 

All of that is changeable. 

And one of the simplest ways to start is by embracing the ingredients of an aligned sales offer- a sacred sales container that feels like you, draws in your people, and honors your spirit. 

The ingredients of a magnetic offer haven’t changed over time. But the way we implement them has.

1.              Simplicity in delivery- Create an offer that your clients can easily imagine themselves completing. 

2.              Give them what they want- You know what they need, but giving them what they want gets them in the door. 

3.              Strategic pricing- Know the value of your time, and price accordingly. 

4.              Aligned language- Use words that reflect both your spiritual essence and how your clients speak about the transformation they seek. 

5.              Visibility- Who knows you? Who do you know?

With these ingredients, you’ve got a sales potion you can use over and over again. Sales and marketing become easier, more natural, and aligned with who you truly are.
