Good Times and Ripples

I started writing the traditional Thanksgiving post and it felt trite and brought up some political issues that just feel yucky!

Instead…

I hope you have a good time with family, friends, and food. I hope that no matter your location in the world you have friends that love you and family that want you to be you.

I hope you forgive yourself for anything that comes up and that you focus on being the best you, you can be.

If that is all you do over the next week you will have done more than enough.

The ripples you create will reach people you don’t even know exist.

In gratitude for the space you give me and the light you shine.
