In two, three-hour sessions, virtually or live in Durham, NC you and Jennifer will recapture the spark or (re)design your business to ignite the joy you used to feel when you first started the business. 

Our time together will flow based on my proven system and intuition. My job is to ask probing questions, capture language, dig in where I see hesitation and doubt. We will delve into the specifics of what business structure will provide you with the freedom and fulfillment you desire. I will provide the alchemy to get us there. 

As part of our package we will look at the financial picture the new/redesigned structure will create, whether that structure is sustainable and scalable, how it impacts your personal time and whether or not it is a structure that will allow you to personally grow. 

We will burn it all down to build it back into a business that will not only fill your financial needs and allow you to do what you love; it will give you the personal freedom to continue to grow and love your life.  

Most importantly, I will meet you where you are. You may be certain where you are, your next steps and need a partner to map out the strategy, assess the gaps and create next steps so that you can move forward. Or you’re unable to focus on what is next, not giving your team enough attention and just unhappy in the current structure with no idea how to step into something you like (much less love). Your day will be customized to meet your needs.

Where we start and how far we get depends on where you are right now. This is an alchemical process, the focus is on you, living a life of joy with a business that you love.
